An amazing amount of workouts, nice shock system. This is a top of the line commercial grade treadmill. It has more programs than you may need but you'll never be bored! Life Fitness is a superb company in my opinion. You shouldn’t have problems with this treadmill that people find with other companies because I do find the equipment to be extremely well made. You are paying for that quality.

I recently purchased this treadmill and I cannot be happier! I have run on these at high-end gyms and I put at least 50 miles in a week and this treadmill can keep up with me :) It is nice to have the convenience of having one in your own home and those that run high mileage can appreciate a good motor!
