FitnessBlowout.com does not want to use your information as we've described if you don't want us to do so. We will always keep your information in case we need to notify you of a problem with a product but we will identify you as a user who does not wish to receive any further non-critical information. We've provided you with several options to ask us to remove your information from out list of customers.
FitnessBlowout.com is continually improving this site by adding new functionality and features. Because of these changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, Fitness Blowout's data practices will change from time to time.

During the 12 Month promotional period a minimum monthly payment is required as disclosed on my periodic billing statement. Interest charges accrue at the standard APR for purchases from the date of purchase until the end of the promotional period and will be applied to your account balance if purchase amount, fees and charges are not paid in full by expiration of the promotional period or you fail to make two consecutive minimum payments. After the promotional offer period expires, interest will be charged at the standard APR for Purchases on any remaining balances until paid in full. Current standard purchase APR 24.99 or 28.99%. Current Penalty APR 29.99% will be applied to your account if you fail to make two consecutive minimum payments. APR's may vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. For cancelled orders that are financed, the purchaser
is responsible to make arrangements and pay for both original delivery shipping, return shipping plus the loan origination/processing fee on order.
Sales Tax
**Outside California. Currently, only California residents are subject to local sales tax which is offset by a significant "Special California Resident" shipping discount since California residents are in such close proximity to our Corporate Headquarters. California residents also receive orders much faster than customers living out of state.
International customers may be subject to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving the package, but we do not collect or know what the amount of these taxes are. Check with your country's tax authority.

To qualify, customer must obtain a quote and arrange with a freight company to return shipping. Then, call our Service Dept. to email freight details and price quote and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Product must be returned in its original box and packing materials. If order is cancelled prior to receiving shipment, customer voids free trial offer and is responsible for shipping both ways plus a 20% cancellation fee (plus bank finance fees on all financed orders). Shipping Options
We offer both Economical “Common Carrier Curbside” Express Rush and Premium 2-person “White Glove” inside delivery service.
Our “White Glove” delivery options are as follows:
Platinum Service – includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and assembly limited to 30 minutes. Assembly services that exceed 30 minutes will be charged at the customer’s expense.
Gold Service – includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal and assembly limited to 15 minutes. Assembly services that exceed 15 minutes will be charged at the customer’s expense.
Sliver Service – includes inside placement and two flights of stairs.
Bronze Service – 2 person delivery, inside the threshold, up to two flights of stairs prior to threshold. If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs or pieces are than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the first dry area or garage. Shipper’s palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the first dry area or garage only.
Common Carrier generally averages "approximately" 7-14 business days. Our upgraded “White Glove” service delivery may take longer depending upon how far the location is from a major city.
Also, “White Glove” upgrades a typical “Common Carrier Curbside” service to include two man in-home deliveries up or down up to two flights of stairs with box and packaging removal. "White Glove" deliveries must be accepted by the customer within a four hour window.
If customer wishes to have a smaller window of time for delivery, has additional steps beyond two flights, has an abnormal driveway and/or an irregular interior requiring "White Glove" delivery team to request additional funds for delivery please note these will be COD to customer. Treadmills and other cardiovascular products require only minimal assembly. Delivery does not include setup unless specifically requested and paid for by customer when the order is placed.
Customers ordering equipment with an inside delivery company may incur further fees needed to complete the installation. Additional services requested by customer or billed to our company by the carrier due to unforeseen needs/circumstances to complete the installation will be billed directly to customer's credit card on file.
This policy also is applicable to customers that need additional services for curbside, ground or other shipping service offered by FitnessBlowout.com.
Delivery services requested by customer in addition to standard delivery services will be paid by the customer, including but not limited to: redelivery, special trucks, wait times, special lift gates, change of delivery address, etc.
International Shipping
For shipments to countries other than USA, the following rules and restrictions apply:
All international orders are subject to a $75 minimum product cost (before shipping charges are added).
It is the customers' responsibility to research applicable duties and taxes of all items purchased in their respective countries. Canadian customers must pay their local Canadian duties to receive shipment and arrange final broker to their destination.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we regret that we will be unable to issue you a refund. If the package is returned and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost without any restocking fee, and customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, wire transfer, US, or International Money Order.
Customer pays shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination.
Delivery Dates
All shipping and delivery quotes are "approximate" lead times. We cannot fully guarantee delivery dates as we utilize the services of reputable independent freight companies and occasionally there may be brief transit delays, on rare occurrences misplaced merchandise or an occasional back order.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may become back-ordered on certain products.

Returns and Refunds
To return a product that qualifies for our 60 day trial offer, customer should call service department and receive an RA # before shipping unit back. To qualify for our "trial offer," customer must try unit for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days to qualify for return. Product must be in perfect working "like new" condition and shipped back in its original shipping carton and packing materials or it will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for making the return shipping arrangements and must cover the cost of shipping both ways and insurance. We can not accept any returns that have not been assigned an RA # prior to shipment. Upon satisfactory completion of these terms, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the actual cost of original shipping, within approximately 10-14 business days.
We process most orders to ship immediately within 10 minutes of ordering. Since it is costly to reverse our expeditious shipping process, customer is required to receive product to qualify for a refund of the purchase price of the product under our generous in-home "trial offer." The return policy is designed to enable customers to try our products with the understanding that it can be returned for a refund of the purchase price if the product doesn’t meet or exceed their expectations. All orders are cancelable and eligible
for a full refund provided they are executed
in writing via email (cancellation@fitnessblowout.com) by the close of business on the day
of order placement. Canceled or refused shipments are subject to shipping costs to and from customer's location, and a 20% cancellation & Manufactures restocking charge if order has not been canceled in accordance with described procedures. Our Business Hours are 6am – 9pm PST, 7 days a week.
For all returns to qualify for our generous return policies, customer must call during normal business hours within 60 days of receiving product for a return authorization form, prior to returning any merchandise. If a return request is submitted and the product happens to require service, all products must be serviced under factory warranty at no charge to the customer prior to return. Customer must obtain return authorization prior to returning unit. Customer must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization form, sign the form and return signed form to customer service to obtain return authorization approval. If a unit is returned without a return authorization number it will not be accepted.
For all customers within a 150 mile radius, we cordially invite you to visit us at our Warehouse Complex to view our Award Winning products. Any product that is ordered by a customer residing within a 150 mile radius of our Showroom Complex shall be entitled to take advantage of our 6 month satisfaction guarantee to exchange or trade for any other product of equivalent value and receive a 100% trade credit of their original purchase. If a more costly product is desired, customer is responsible for the additional costs of such exchange.
Refunds are not available to customers living within a 150 mile radius of our Warehouse-Direct Showroom Complex. Customer by virtue of ordering from us must understand the aforementioned policies. These policies have been deemed extremely fair and reasonable and have been submitted to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Optima for their approval and acceptance.
All deposits and layaways are refundable within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, deposits and layaways will not be refunded. Deposit amount may be used as a credit towards future purchases of equal or greater value than product originally ordered.
Certified Remanufactured units are "Special Order Items" and as a result, they are non-cancelable and non-refundable purchases. Also, they do not qualify for our "60 day trial/return policy" but do qualify for exchange within 30 days of receiving equipment at your home or business.
All special order sales via the internet and/or our retail showroom complex that are not featured on our web site or typically kept in stock are final and shall not be eligible for a refund or credit due to the additional costs involved in ordering and/or stocking such items. All policies stated herein apply to both internet and/or our retail showroom complex sales.
All sales on parts are final
Problems Upon Delivery
Occasionally, a product may be scratched or damaged during shipping. Customers should accept the product and note any visible damage to the freight delivery receipt. Since parts are interchangeable, FitnessBlowout.com will replace any damaged part with a factory original new part when freight delivery receipt is properly noted. Customer should adhere to freight carriers’ freight claim protocol and cooperate with such policies to facilitate the processing of the claim.
Should labor be required to change a part, customer will receive FREE in-home service. If physical product damage is not seen until opening carton, customer should contact freight carrier immediately within 48 hours, and request a "concealed freight damage inspection."
If a customer relocates a product to a different location than the delivery address on the bill of lading, prior to a "concealed freight damage inspection," freight company will not accept responsibility for freight damage and customer shall nullify their rights to a freight damage claim.
If customer refuses delivery due to excessive freight damage, FitnessBlowout.com shall have the right to re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to customer, using the same or a different carrier at FitnessBlowout.com's discretion.
On rare instances, wrong items may be shipped unintentionally, as a courtesy, we agree to reship the correct item at no cost to customer. Customers agree to abide by such terms.
Superficial damage to a product box or minor scratches, scrapes, etc. to product that can be touched up or replaced with a part at fitnessblowout.com's discretion does not constitute damage that requires product replacement. In such cases, fitnessblowout.com will send touch up paint or parts if applicable, and customer still remain bound by the manufacturer's/lifetime warranty. By accepting delivery of the product, customer thereby agrees to accept parts and/or service as deemed necessary by Fitnessblowout.com. If unit is damaged beyond repair, a replacement unit will be sent as long as the said freight claim procedures have been adhered to including but not limited to noting the damage on the bill of lading and/or filing a claim for concealed freight damage with freight carrier within 48 hours of receipt.
The Proof of Delivery (POD) you are going to sign upon receiving your order is a legally binding document. Making the proper notations on the POD at time of delivery is imperative in protecting the rights of the retailer, the manufacturer and the consumer in the event of freight damage. Most damage occurs only to cosmetic plastic panels, covers etc and are easily replaced. This rarely damages any moving/working/critical part or component. Please inspect the carton for defect or damage and notate on the POD any visible damage. After properly notating the POD, please accept delivery and contact the manufacturer for any parts or service needed. The manufacturer’s number can be found in the owner’s manual. Should damage occur and be revealed after opening the carton, first contact the freight carrier and report the concealed damage. Second, contact the manufacturer for any needed parts and/or service. Their technical service team will replace any broken cosmetic parts and/or replace the unit entirely, depending on the severity of damage. This is time sensitive and a delay in reporting freight damage to the shipper and/or the manufacturer may result in, but not limited to, voided warranty, loss of freight claim, loss of any trial offers, etc.
Break-In Issues
On very rare occasions, a product will require service adjustments upon receipt of the product or during the initial month(s) of ownership during the "break-in" period. FitnessBlowout.com agrees to provide unlimited FREE in-home service for up to one full year to rectify any such service issues on ALL products that include a manufacturer's in-home labor warranty. If parts are required, FitnessBlowout.com will ship replacement parts to customer FREE of charge.
If service related issues from manufacturer are pending, customer should arrange scheduling of service under the manufacturer's warranty. Therefore, such service adjustments are not grounds for cancellation or return of a product.
Although it is extremely unlikely, a product may require more than one service call to resolve a service matter.
On these rare occasions, it may be deemed necessary by the manufacturer to replace the product at no charge to the customer, including FREE shipping and pick-up of first product and customer should accept such replacement at no cost to them.
Aforementioned circumstance is not grounds for requesting a refund.
Warranty
Virtually every product on our site that is sold to both residential and non residential settings shall automatically receive a Free lifetime extended warranty upgrade valued at $500 as stated on our web site To achieve our industry leading low prices, we anticipate that a large percentage of orders are sold to consumers for residential use. In these settings, most new products come with a one year labor warranty and some products have greater than one year labor warranty coverage (see manufacturer's warranty document that comes with product for specific coverage). Additionally, there are varying manufacturer part warranties up to Lifetime coverage. Naturally, if a product is used in a commercial setting, it will be subjected to greater wear and tear and therefore, our reduced sale prices for equipment sold to non residential settings include a labor and part warranty on select products whereby the manufacturer specifically includes such warranty in their warranty documents. We do not build a large cost buffer into our prices to cover future commercial service like other fitness companies. If we did this, customers would be paying up to twice the prices we offer which are the case with other fitness companies. If a product does not come with a commercial labor or part warranty, customers may purchase up to three years of additional on site labor for virtually every product on our site at a very reasonable cost when placing order. As an added convenience, we offer parts at reduced prices for all of our valued customers. Ask your fitness expert for details.
Standard manufacturers warranty and any added warranty coverage purchased through FCW is non transferable and is valid for the original owner only.
CardioZone - For the fastest possible service, most CardioZone service issues can be resolved via troubleshooting with a technician via telephone. We offer reduced prices on CardioZone equipment since servicing this brand can typically be resolved over the telephone. Customer agrees to assist telephone technician with troubleshooting. The reason for this is because many service issues can be resolved over the phone in minutes whereas the turnaround time for a tech can be as long as 2 to 3 weeks in some cities/states. This will enable customer to get back on their equipment sooner as opposed to missing 10 workouts or more. In an effort to have our customers experience the least amount of downtime, we will try every possible solution to resolve service issue via telephone before sending parts and a tech. If the diagnosis calls for a part/component to be replaced, parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be sent at no cost to the customer. Customer agrees to replace defective part with new replacement part. During the labor warranty period, if customer makes a good faith attempt to replace the part and requires additional assistance, a technician will be sent to install the part. Please note most parts do not require a tech for installation such as, but not limited to, plastic covers, motors, consoles, electronic boards, end caps, rubber pieces, cosmetic parts, parts installed upon initial assembly, etc.
Manufacturer warranty and extended lifetime warranty are valid as long as the manufacturer is still in business and able to provide parts. In the event a manufacturer goes out of business and cannot provide parts, warranty cannot be fulfilled and Fitness Club Warehouse, Inc. and FitnessBlowout.com dba shall not be held responsible for said warranty.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Parts must be properly installed and used to qualify for replacement. And parts damaged due to neglect or other causes are not covered. Not available on spas, saunas and special orders. Parts Coverage: Treadmills - Main Drive Motor, All Frame & Welds and the Deck underneath the belt. Ellipticals - Electro Magnetic Brake, Flywheel, all Frame and Welds and the Pedals. Exercise Bikes - Electro Magnetic Brake, Flywheel, all Frame and Welds, Cranks and Pedals. Home Gyms - All Frame and Welds, Cables and Pulley's and the Upholstery.
For “Deluxe Upgrade Package” Lifetime Treadmill Belt Replacement Warranty, customer must take a digital photo of the belt confirming that belt has been worn smooth on its surface due to use. Customer is responsible for aligning belt so that it does not drift to the side and fray as this is not covered under warranty nor is other neglect, tears, spills, cuts, etc.
For all parts covered under lifetime warranty, customer will be shipped replacement part(s) and is required to return the defective part within 14 days. If part is not returned within 14 days, customer will be charged the cost of the part plus shipping. Customer must provide credit card info when reporting lifetime warranty part requests which will only be used if defective part is not returned or does not qualify under the warranty coverage. If any product or part is damaged due to a lack of or improper maintenance, such item(s) will not be covered under warranty. It is important to save your invoice for future reference as this is your proof for warranty coverage.
Admin sends automated lifetime warranty registration emails to customers 7 times over 30 days. Emails are sent after: 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 10 days and 30 days - a total of 7 times if customer continues to ignore them. Emails inform customer how much time they have left to register lifetime warranty, the last one says "last chance" or they will forfeit it.
The following (typically lower priced) products on our site include a generous lifetime warranty and due to their exceptional value, the manufacturer does not offer a labor warranty. None of the home gym manufacturers in the fitness industry ever provide labor on home gyms. If part replacement is required, the stated manufacturer part warranty will provide parts and customer can simply install the part or they can call a local technician who can perform in home service at customer's expense.
The following models/manufacturers do not offer a labor warranty. Star Trac Fitness, ST Fitness, Keys: KF 430rHR, KF 440el, HT 440hru, HT 440rHr, KF 540Hr, HT 660hru, HT 660rHr, SuperCycle V (Viper), LifeSpan SP1000 (stretch Partner), IMF SuperStep™ Stair Climber. The following manufacturer's do not have in home labor warranty on all products: Fit Express, Stamina, Body Craft, Body Solid. Star Trac Fitness (ST Fitness) provides labor reimbursement for cases where a technician is required. The customer is to set up service with a technician and Star Trac will reimburse customer a rate of $55 per hour. In some cases, parts will need to be sent to customer to repair equipment requiring service. These parts are interchangeable and in most cases, are very simple to replace. In an effort to avoid unnecessary delays with technician scheduling, our company policy is such that we attempt to walk the customer through replacing parts over the phone. Some parts are more labor intensive and involved and in such cases a technician will be required to install these parts. Our service representative will make this determination after a telephone support is first attempted. In cases where customers reside outside of our service provider's contracted coverage area, additional travel fees may be required to send a technician for any service, repairs or assembly. Fitnessblowout.com will cover the cost of labor but it will be the responsibility for customer to pay the mileage fees. Additional fees will be required if a customer lives more than 25 miles from the nearest technician. Customer is responsible for contacting manufacturers directly to order parts under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers often call us to order parts and we contact manufacturer as an accommodation however it is more efficient if customer calls manufacturer directly. Customer agrees that if part is not shipped and customer has not contacted manufacturer directly, FitnessBlowout.com shall not be held responsible.
All certified remanufactured units are eligible for our Lifetime Extended Warranty as outlined on our web site In-home labor and parts are covered under warranty for 90 days from date of purchase. Any parts/service needed after 90 days will be at the customers expense unless otherwise stated on the invoice. We will assist in providing parts at special discounted prices. Please ask your Fitness Expert or Customer Service rep for full details.
No exceptions to our company policies and warranties can be altered or superceded by any FCW employee via phone, email etc. Any special circumstance that requires a change in policy must be noted on customers invoice/contract which is furthermore approved by management or the owners. If this is not done no expressed amendment to our policies, warranties will not be honored.
Customer Support
To receive the fastest and most efficient service, all products that are covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty, customers should call the toll free number directly to the manufacturer. By talking directly with an employee of the manufacturer, the proper troubleshooting and support procedures can be successfully communicated. Most service issues can be resolved with the support of our knowledgeable and friendly telephone tech support team. Customers will benefit by working with our technicians via telephone by getting their equipment operating faster as opposed to having to wait for a technician to be scheduled for on on-site visit. For products that are covered under our labor warranty, customer agrees to troubleshoot service issues with our telephone service reps and if s technician determines the issue cannot be resolved, then a field technician will be dispatched to the customer’s home at no charge.

Release, Waiver of Liability & Indemnification
I understand that exercise, training and using fitness equipment are potentially hazardous activities. I further understand that these activities involve risks of injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and in the most severe and extreme situations, even death. Furthermore, I acknowledge that exercise on the body cannot be predicted with complete accuracy and that changes may occur during or following exercise that could lead to these complications and adversely affect my health. These changes may include high blood pressure, increased heart rate, altered heart function, and possibly, and again in rare instances, cardiac complications. I am voluntarily purchasing this equipment with the intent to use it with the full knowledge and understanding of the potential dangers. I am also advised that a comprehensive medical examination is necessary before using the equipment and machinery and that a consultation with a physician is also essential to determine which physical activities, exercises, training and programs are recommended by my doctor. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination within the last month, or that I have voluntarily decided to assume all responsibility and liability for using the equipment I am purchasing. I have been informed of the following notice: "If you are currently under a physician's care for an injury, condition or illness, FintessBlowout.com of Los Angeles CA strongly urges you to consult your physician before conducting any exercises with the equipment you have purchased."
I further declare that I am physically fit, sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disability, disease, infirmity, or illness that should prevent my participation in any program and the use of any exercise equipment.
I personally assume all risks involved in all exercises, training, activities and programs that I do with the equipment I have purchased. I also waive and release, now and forever, all claims and causes of action against Fitness Blowout.com, its elected or appointed officers, agents, volunteers, employees, representatives, consultants, executors, and all others directly or indirectly connected with FitnessBlowout.com (Related Parties) from any damages, actions, claims and liabilities, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected, relating to or arising from any activity, personal injury I sustain including death, any medical condition which results, any aggravation of a pre-existing medical condition that I aggravate, and any and all other damages which I sustain in any way from the direct or indirect result of my activities, exercise, and training using the equipment I have purchased. I agree that I will never prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting any demand, claim or suit against Fitness Blowout.com for any damage, or injury to my person or property that may occur from and/or cause whatsoever as a result of my use of the fitness equipment I have purchased.
I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Fitness Blowout.com and each of the other Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by Fitness Blowout.com or any of the other Released Parties as a result of my using the equipment I have purchased.
I agree that laws of the State of California shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties to this Release and the interpretation, construction and enforceability thereof. I agree that any lawsuit brought against any Released Parties shall be brought solely in any State or Federal court located in Los Angeles County, California. I further agree that, in the event any provision of this Release is found to be, by a court or other legal authority of competent jurisdiction, to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that the remaining provisions shall remain to be valid and enforceable to the fullest.
This release is a binding legal contract.
