It also includes Cybex™ Commercial's patented Advanced Stride Technology which offers a smooth and comfortable ride. The units boasts a resistance range from 0 to 900 watts which accommodates a wide variety of users—for those seeking a very low work rate to dedicated athletes demanding an extreme workout. Bilateral reciprocal movement of the footplates along an accurate path offers a natural motion for a relaxed feel at low resistance levels and provides high intensity training at high resistance settings. The 620A Arc Trainer has superior biomechanics which allow for high intensity training that places high loads on the muscles with less stress on joints. It has a compact footprint to save space.
Our Cybex™ Commercial 620A Lower Body Arc Trainers have been truly " re-manufactured" to not only look nearly new, but to also operate and be as dependable as brand new. Factory trained and certified technicians have completely rebuilt each unit from the frame up. All worn parts are replaced and all exposed metal parts are repainted. Even every nut, bolt and screw is replaced with new hardware!
Each unit will be in very good cosmetic condition with only minor flaws.
