There are 6 pre set programs included in the A7e elliptical trainer for a variety of workouts. Whether it be manual, interval, hill, mountain weight loss or random, this elliptical is sure to give you a strenuous workout no matter what. Also, the A7e includes a 19" stride length and 16 levels of resistance for a variety of exercise options.
The A7e is made of heavy duty, commercial quality, heavy gauge steel that makes this elliptical durable and long lasting. Its front transport wheels with fully enclosed wheel tracks make it safe and easy to move and store away. Its patented design allows a low impact total body workout with synchronized upper and lower body movement. This elliptical features a high inertia drive train for a quiet and smooth ride and can be used in forward and reverse directions. Its 15.5" L pedals provide comfort throughout your workout.
The A7e elliptical trainer can carry users up to 350lbs. A water bottle holder and a magazine rack have been added for your convenience.
