Matt Roth was fantastic during our ordering process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He even asked that we let him know/ send pic on how we were enjoying our new HCI RXT Recumbent Elliptical/Bike. A nice touch that made us feel like he didn't "want to just make the sale and run".
