Arctic-Lock Insulation

Our system incorporates a dual foam insulation technique, where a high-density foam is applied directly to the shell and a low density foam covers the plumbing. This allows us to trap the heat in the water where it belongs, and keep your energy bills low.
Energy Saver System
  • Heat produced by the spa's mechanical equipment is not vented away in a Keys Backyard spa - it is trapped and reused. As water moves through the lines toward the jets, it draws air with it. This air is taken from the pocket created by the Arctic-Lock Insulation on the shell and the cabinet. Not only is warm air recycled and used to warm the water in the jets, but it also helps to maintain the water temperature - saving you money!
