+ The minimum payment amount is based on the greater of 1/30th of the purchase price or $15, excluding sales tax and any additional fees or charges. Purchase must be placed on your Fitness Club Warehouse credit card account and is subject to credit approval. If your Account has a previous balance the minimum payment will vary.

++ 12-Months Deferred Finance Charge: A minimum monthly payment equal to the greater of $15 or 1/30th of the purchase balance is required during the promotional period. Finance charges will be assessed from date of purchase if the total purchase price, including any applicable fees and charges, is not paid in full within the promotional period and provided any other amounts due on the Account are paid as agreed during the promotional period. If consecutive Minimum Payments are not made during the promotional period the deferred finance charge status will be revoked and finance charges will be assessed from the date of purchase. After the promotion expires Finance charges will be assessed monthly and a payment equal to the greater of 1/30th of the balance or $15 will be due.
