This is quality rower that provides a good all around low impact workout. Good alternative to running. easy to assemble (about an hour), and easy and comfortable to use.
I've been plagued with back and shoulder issues for months. Since that time, I've been looking for a cardio and strength routine that I could do without worsening my aches and pains. The LifeCore Fitness R100 Rower is the answer. Since getting this machine I've used it 3-4 time a week and love it. If you keep form (this is important), I don't experience any pain and I get a great total body workout. The quality of the machine and the exceptional features make this a real value. I like the interval training and heartrate programming options. This will be a machine I use for years to come.
