The BodyCraft K1 is a home gym designed for serious workout enthusiasts. It is built around a horizontal bench, which offers greater flexibility in workout routines. The K1 was undoubtedly built to last; the frame is constructed of heavy-duty 11- and 12-gauge steel, and the bench upholstery is made from double-stitched vinyl over high-density foam.
