The BodyCraft Jones "Freedom" offers the latest in economic yet professional results of the "Smith" Machine offering a true 3 Dimensional BodyCraft Jones Machine Home Strength Training System. The BodyCraft Jones Freedom weight lifting frame offers freedom of movement with their unique 3-D Technology Patented* 3-D barbell motion providing an almost unlimited array of exercises.
Traditional Smith Machines move vertical axis only. But the full function Jones Freedom weight lifting machine moves both vertically and horizontally, allowing for natural, unlimited, user-defined motion. Because the body's natural movements can be utilized within the Jones Freedom, all free weight exercises can be performed.
The Jones Freedom incorporates many features found in models with much higher price tags. The bar hooks and safety spotters travel along with the bar for maximum safety, plus the Jones Freedom has Complete Natural Movements (CSM) in that the bar moves both horizontally and vertically. The Horizontal movement can be easily locked for "traditional" Smith Exercises with numbered lockouts spaced 3" for the bar and safety spotters.
It comes with BodyCraft's proprietary 500 lb. capacity 40lb. olympic bar with spring collars, and the bar ends can be removed for use of Plates with a 1" opening. Plus there are 8 Precision Linear Bearings for ultra-smooth vertical and horizontal action, case-hardened, precision milled Stainless Steel Matched Guide Rods, and an integrated Chin Bar with both prone and neutral grips.
The Jones Freedom's has a unique "Front to Back" Walk Thru / Roll Thru design allowing the user to easily align himself/herself with the bar or a optional bench (use BodyCraft's optional F320 or F602 utility benches for maximum flexibility).
