Excellent home unit. It is solid with easy to use controls making my home workouts very accessible. "I'm very happy about my equipment, cardiozone elliptical. Prior buying, I went online and to some local stores to see different features and of course the quality of each equipments. When I found cardiozone E-CZ300 at fitnessblowout.com, I was pretty impressed about the quality although I haven't seen or tried it myself. but the good thing about it, is that they have a video showing the features and how it affects your body physiologically such as which muscles are being targeted, upper and lower body exercises combined, less impact on your knees, and just basically how it's going to affect ur health and fitness.
