Center Drive elliptical trainers are the perfect blend of research, engineering, performance and technology. Patented technologies have been applied to provide a stable, space-efficient platform to perform rigorous low impact full body workouts. The Adjusta-stride℠ Center Drive e400 has a low center of gravity combined with a balanced frame which prevents the rocking found on inferior center drives. To ensure the best fit for users of all sizes, the Adjusta-stride℠ Center Drive e400 features an adjustable stride from 17" to 23". The stride lengths are set at 17", 19", 21”, and 23", manually adjusted on each side of the moving arms. It also features wireless heart rate control with advanced heart rate programs.
The ride on the Adjusta-stride℠ Center Drive e400 is superior to many rear-drive ellipticals and most front-drive systems. The oval stride pattern and ergonomically correct stance keeps the user in an upright position, rather than leaning forward, to better simulate a natural running gait. The close pedal spacing eliminates hip fatigue allowing you to workout longer and in better comfort.
