This treadmill is prevalent at most prominent health clubs and is known for it's features and reliability. The Star Trac 4500 is the latest generation, top of the line unit from Star Trac. Impact Absorption System, IAS®, cushions impact on the ankles, knees, hip and back. The innovative sports utility display features: Dynamic Heart Rate control™; Polar™ Telemetry Heart Rate; Hundreds of pre-programmed training selections; Built in rack for a water bottle, personal stereo & towel. This consol also incorporates the Personal Trainer Studio™ mode, which enables personal trainers to customize and store their clients walking and running programs. This is undoubtedly a top Choice for Health Club use and for the discerning home user. This treadmill has a 2.5 horsepower DC motor and allows for running speeds between .5 and 10 mph. It can incline to 15 degrees for challenging uphill workouts. The machine allows you to workout to many different specialized programs for diversity as well as monitering.
