The multi-directional press arm allows the user to choose from a full range of pressing options, including chest press, pec flys, and triceps press. The chest supported seated row eliminates the need to sit on the floor for improved development of the back and bicep muscles. A versatile pulley system can also be used to perform exercises such as lat pull downs, triceps press down, biceps curl and resistance abs crunch with the included accessories: Lat bar, Straight Bar, Triceps / Abs Strap and Ankle Strap.
