The heavy-duty 420e elliptical trainer provides a smooth full-body workout with its quiet magnetic resistance. The 420e is feature rich with a lengthy 16 inch stride, oversized LCD display window, 16 resistance levels, 7 pre-set programs, 3 Heart Rate Interactive, which includes the Pulse Recovery Program. In addition the 420e features a built in reading rack so you can read while working out and a water bottle and water bottle holder so you can stay hydrated during your workout.
420e allows you to switch back and forth between the center stationary bars for support and to focus on your lower body, and the swinging arms for an upper body workout and greater fat burning and endurance training.
