The Keys 640u Upright Bike features eight levels of smooth and quiet magnetic resistance. The programming will allow you to select from 5 preset programs, 5 heart rate programs, and 1 manual set program. The display shows a representation of the selected program and tracks your progress through the program.
The electronic display features easy touch controls and displays time, speed, distance, calories / watts, level of intensity and heart rate. The unit requires two AA Batteries to power the electronics so the unit can be moved and set up even if no power outlet is nearby.
The 640u handgrip monitors read your heart rate so you can stay within your optimal heart rate and burn more calories and get a better overall workout. The 640u allows you to get in shape while watching television, listening to the radio or reading.
