Combining visually stimulating aesthetics with proven performance, the cutting-edge ergonomic and biomechanical design utilizes solid heavy gauge steel framework, backed by a lifetime frame warranty, to provide years of gym-quality performance.
The unique design of this elliptical offers you more comfort and a more natural motion then you will see in other products. The design keeps you in a more optimal position thereby keeping your spine, hips, knees, and ankles in a more natural position throughout the motion. The 17.5 inch stride length provides a larger range of motion working your muscles more effectively. You can even use the unit in reverse to utilize multiple muscle groups.
The 12 programs include a wide range of options, including 2 heart rate, fat burn, interval, hill, mountain, and manual together with 8 levels of resistance to personalize the workout to your needs. In addition, grip heart rate monitoring works together with the blue backlit LCD display to track your heart rate and metrics as you exercise.
