The compact Bladez MX450 Dual Action Elliptical Trainer provides an effective, low-impact cardiovascular workout. An elliptical helps you burn calories as well as strengthen and tone your abs, legs, hips and glutes without the damage caused by impact. Since it mimics the normal elliptical motion of the foot, the extension of the leg, and the rotation of the hip during walking or running, the MX450 is as effective in burning calories as jogging but without the impact on back, knees, hips and ankles.
The Bladez MX450 Dual Action Elliptical Trainer features an ergonomic handle bar design, an 18" stride, comfortable rear drive, dual action oversized foot boards, and an amazing 16 levels of smooth magnetic resistance. The large, easy-to-read LCD blue and orange backlit display features sophisticated touch window technology and offers feedback on your time, distance, speed, heart rate and calories burned.
