The heavy 45 lb. flywheel guarantees a smooth elliptical motion no matter how much resistance you apply and the clever linkage system gives a natural feel to every stride. The Poly ”V” drive belt permits silent operation. The ELYX- 3 offers a 20” stride length and the foot plates travel 22” along their elliptical path.
