Constructed of solid steel, this cross-training, low-impact elliptical trainer from Keys provides front drive action with a 17.5” stride for an efficient workout. The large cool blue backlit LCD display, EKG grip pulse and body fat analyzer helps keep your workout on track for maximum benefit. Vary your workout for interest and continuous fat-burning with 7 pre-set programs, 3 heart rate programs, 1 user program and 16 magnetic resistance levels. In addition the 520e features a built in reading rack so you can read while working out and a water bottle holder so you can stay hydrated during your workout, and a FREE adjustable cooling fan to keep you cool while you exercise.
