The Keys 640 Recumbent Bike will start you cycling on the road to fitness. This bicycle offers programs with eight levels of smooth and quiet magnetic resistance. The programming will allow you to select plateau, interval, manual and others in addition to 5 Heart Rate Programs. The display shows a representation of the selected program and tracks your progress through the program with the current section blinking. The electronic display features easy touch controls and displays time, speed, distance, calories, watts, level of intensity and heart rate.
The 640r Monitor Hand Grips take the reading of your heart rate and displays it for you so you can stay within your target zone. This exercise bike is an enjoyable way to get in shape while watching television, listening to the radio or reading.
