The display shows you everything you need to know about your workout. Loading Level Readout displays the work load level as set by the user (8 Resistance Levels). Wattage Readout calculates your pedal crank rpm and the chosen loading level to provide your work rate in watts. Time Readout timer can be set for up to 99 minutes and will count down your workout. Should you wish to extend your workout it will automatically begin to count up once it reaches zero. RPM Readout displays revolutions per-minute of the pedal cranks. A speedometer reports estimated current speed in miles per hour. A trip meter automatically resets with each new workout. Calorie Readout estimates the number of calories burned during your workout.
