I'm a 61 year old woman who has been working out for a good 30 years on a daily basis. Last spring I was dx with arthritis in my right knee. I no longer could do my regular aerobic routine, and needed to invest in a good treadmill. This one fits the bill beautifully. I love the 6 different programs as well as just adjusting the speed and incline myself. This model is quiet, easy to put together and I love the fold away feature. Since my exercise area is in the same space as my quilting area, that fold away option is awesome.

"I got this treadmill a couple of months ago, and I
wanted to use it a fair bit before I wrote a review. I
have to say, I am really quite happy with it. The
purchase experience was great - I would have bought an
entirely wrong machine without the sales rep's help -
but I don't feel at all like he pushed me into buying a
more expensive model or anything. I have to say this treadmill is
very quiet, easy for me to move by myself, and has
enough "bells and whistles" for the average treadmill
person. I use it to run most days when the weather is
bad or I have to run at an odd time (I am a medical
