My 21 year old son and I have been using it almost every day. It is smooth, quiet and works well to complete the Weider machine we have. It has helped a great deal in improving the condition of my knee after arthroscopy and my back with a serious disc hernia.
I am still training in karaté three times a week at the age of 74, and recommend this machine very highly as one of the best products to complete health training.
