"I was very nervous making an online purchase this large because I am VERY picky about the treadmills I use. I'm used to the gym quality machines but didn't want to spend $5K. We researched every brand of treadmill for months prior to deciding on this one. I never post comments on purchases but I'm so happy with this Treadmill that I decided to share my opinion. The TV is a great option (highly recommend it), I love the motion controls; The stability of the machine is a huge "plus" for us and was the area we were most concerned about.(my husband is a stocky 250 lbs and he loves the sturdy/non-wobbling); many workout programs to choose from! I just logged in my first 3 mile-run and have nothing bad to say about this treadmill. Should I find a negative issue, I will return and repost. The delivery company was a bit of a debbie-downer; however Smooth's customer service was all over it. (seems they have one employee with a "can't do" attitude.) I give Smooth's customer service an Excellent rating as well. (Kudo's to Matthew & Christine!!!!) We did not have a long wait for the treadmill, maybe a week after placing the order online. The delivery company was on top of scheduling delivery and were very accommodating. It was delivered and assembled today. My husband was on-hand which was an asset. I highly recommend the white glove delivery. It was nice knowing when they left, it was ready to use. "

Augustine Pizano has went above and beyond my
expectations on servicing my treadmill. The unit is a
fantastic piece or machinery. There was an issue in
needing a fuse for it and Augustine went to local
stores to see about purchasing these as he mentioned
he was out of stock on these. 20 AMP fuses are hard
to come by as I tried to find them myself. Augustine
kept in touch with me every step of the way and thanks

I thought I owed you the courtesy of letting you know that we have our treadmill now and have already put it to good use. It took a lot of effort on both our parts (that means you and us), but it finally happened.
Just to let you know, Jerry & I drove our pickup to Wichita to the freight delivery company and picked it up last Friday. It would have taken until this week to get it and Jerry was not about to wait any longer. If that freight company tries to bill your company for delivery to our home, I hope you refuse to pay them for it.
We are very happy with the treadmill and are both using it. We both hope to use it for a minimum of 10-15 years. I will be 70 in August and Jerry will be 76 in October and stay very active. I have a Schwinn Airdyne that I ride 10 miles a day, 5 days a week in 37-38 minutes. The treadmill is my afternoon exercise. My Schwinn Airdyne has 3160 miles on it right now and I have used it for 17 months. My "retired" Airdyne had 11,440 miles on it, so we do use our exercise equipment.
