The LC Ultra Compact 850-RBS is also one of the most comfortable recumbent bikes available thanks to its specialized ergonomic engineering. The oversized seat adjusts forward and backward infinitely rather than limiting you to three or four preset positions, and the large pedals are spaced just five inches apart to reduce stress on your joints. Another thoughtful feature is the integrated dual-color LCD display. The large readout allows you to check stats like time, distance and speed at a glance while the low-profile design won’t block your view of the television, or computer.
The LC Ultra Compact 850-RBS recumbent offers 16 levels of magnetic pedal resistance. Change the resistance with the touch of a button on the dual-color LCD display. Move the bike by lifting the back end and rolling it on the front transport wheels. Pulse sensors are on the handlebars on each side of the seat. Hold these at any time during your workout to check your heart rate. You can store workout information for up to five users. It also has 12 built-in profile programs and four heart rate control programs. Select one of the 12 profile workouts and the bike adjusts the pedal resistance automatically. The heart rate control programs automatically adjust the pedal resistance to maintain your heart rate at either 55 percent, 75 percent or 90 percent of your maximum heart rate. You can also enter your own target heart rate.
