Diamondback Fitness, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2011, brings the experience of training in a studio cycling class into the home with the launch of the "Head of the Class" DB 910-Ic Electronic Resistance Indoor Cycle Trainer, the first indoor cycle to put computer-controlled resistance at your finger tips. The digital interface outputs 32 levels of resistance and 18 workout programs, including 12 presets and four heart-rate-controlled programs that emulate riding in real-world conditions. I purchased a dozen of these bikes for my spin class studio and I have to say I am impressed by Diamond Backs design and consistent electronic resistance system which allows me to keep my class on the same page when we rotate through our routines. It’s an extremely sturdy bike. I added Shimano pedals to it for my students who where cycling shoes to finish off the bikes. For the money and technical support, fitness blowout can’t be beat.

i don't always get a chance to get to my spin class so I purchased this bike with interactive programs. So happy I did, the programs are great and the bike is as sturdy if not more then the bike I use at the studio.
