"In my gym we purchased three of these treadmills last year. I think that these are very comfortable for running or walking. They have shock absorption in them for running which seems like the thing to look for when buying one of these machines. The features on them include a place to put a magazine or book, a space for your water bottle, and a place to put your Walkman. I find that great because most machines in gyms do not have any compartments for water. And the convenience of having a place for your Walkman is good as well. Most people want to have their hands free when on a machine so they can read or even be able to swing their arms to run. So these features attracted me to this machine when I first saw it. They are also very low maintenance. I have had no major problems with these machines. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone who walks, runs, or is just looking for a comfortable workout. They are great treadmills and I cannot express enough how much I am pleased with them. "
