The driver even assisted in getting the thing in the house, "very heavy", come-on guys, Then when I opened the box, Hey everything was there, packed right, and not a nut bolt or do-dad missing, even provided the necessary assembly tools. Treadmill went together in about 30 minutes. After a very close inspection, looked good, plugged it in, and worked just the way it was supposed to. Very quiet, a quality product.
