Belt replacements are vital to the longevity and performance of your treadmill. When your belt is worn down it puts excess stress on the main drive motor, decreases the performance and will ultimately shorten the lifespan of the treadmill. It is very strongly encouraged that treadmill belts are replaced as part of the common routine maintenance.
