I could not be happier with the quality, and overall functionality of this gym. To say that I researched this thoroughly before purchasing this model would probably be an understatement! I spent months going into stores trying out different models/brands, as well as researching extensively on the Internet. I finally concluded on this model based on everything I read, and the video I saw. After many workouts now put in, my wife and I are extremely happy and working on getting our muscle tone back. The perfect home gym for anyone. It has a 400 lb weight stack capability and allows me to build muscles through 100+ weight exercises. I also bought the optional leg press so I could build my lower body as well. Its compact size allows me to access the gym without going to the gym!

One of the best features of the Bodycraft Xpress is the free motion cable system. The cable system offers the advantages of free weights, with the safety and convenience of a machine.
You can easily simulate free weight exercises like core training, functional sports training and many movements that a typical fixed motion machine will not.
The Bodycraft Xpress gym is a very good value for the money and will make a great addition to any home gym, and especially so for those who want to get all the benefits of free weights, without the risks.
BodyCraft built the XPress Strength Training System with quality visible to the eye. The heavy frame has a Silver Vein finish and double-stitched vinyl upholstery with added lumbar support to provide extra comfort to the user.
Although it's a little intimidating at first glance, you'll soon discover that you've gotten a lot for your money with the XPress Strength Training System from BodyCraft.
