Low pulley station is perfect for curls, seated row, shrugs, oblique bends, upright rows, bent over rows, adduction, abduction and front/side deltoid raises while the upper pulley accommodates bench press, pectoral fly, front/back lat pul-down, tricep press-down, leg extension/curl and tricep extension exercises. The padded pressing arms follow the natural arc of a free weight bench press and pectoral dumbbell fly. It features 2200 lb. test nylon coated aircraft quality cables and fiberglass pulleys with ball bearing movement on solid axle rotation. It offers a more than substantial 150 lb weight stack.
